Promoter :
Each natural - or legal person who has accepted the general conditions and has been accepted by realitycash as promoter to provide visitors of his/her site by means of a link or another electronic connection access to the site within the network of realitycash.

Content:
The supply of the services on the site, like text, pictures etc.
Article 2: Usage
The promoter will not let there be any misunderstanding regarding the fact that the products and/or services are not supplied by the promoter, but by realitycash.
The promoter is authorized to use the name, the logo as it appears on the pay site and material especially distributed by realitycash. This exclusively in behalf of the webmaster program realitycash. Undiminished, the promoter will respect the copy rights, trade mark right and other rights of exclusive nature of realitycash and third parties. The promoter will only use the content in behalf of the webmaster program of realitycash and will not introduce any modifications.
The promoter is not permitted to use the material and content belonging to realitycash for actions and/or behaviour violating legal conditions applicable. Under those falls, among other things, but not exclusively, the following actions and ways of behaving:
- Spamming,: the uncalled for sending of large numbers of e-mails with the same contents;
- The uncalled for mailing of large numbers of messages with the same contents on news groups and forums;
- Misleading of third parties.
It is, among other things, so not limited to, not allowed that the contents of the site of the promoter;
- Has a violent character;
- Discriminates;
- Unfolds, promotes or recommends illegal activities;
- Is detrimental to the good name and reputation of realitycash.
The promoter will at all times act in agreement with all guidelines and instructions concerning the installation and the use of the link as well as regarding the content.
Article 3: Payments / Rates
The commission to be paid is based on a pace list of minutes made per month. Check the pace lists here.
Article 4: Payment
Payment of the minutes made will take place on a monthly basis to a bank account number, namely to the maximum of 40 days following the end of the month concerned. Promoter is himself responsible for supplying the correct bank account details. In case of incorrect or insufficient bank account details it is for realitycash not possible to make payments in time or fully. In case of international payment to an, by promoter, incorrect bank account number or personal details we are forced to deduct an amount of 35 euro when repeating the payment, as this amount is charged by our bank in case of incorrect transfers.
Article 5: Termination of promoter account
Promoter is at all times, without stating any reason, authorized to terminate this agreement, with due observance of 2 weeks. Undiminished their other rights, realitycash are, initial, authorized to terminate the promoter account immediately in case: - the promoter is acting in violation of the general conditions; - the site of the promoter, in the opinion of realitycash, might clash with public order or might be offensive or violent one way or the other; - realitycash might be harmed by the promoter one way or the other; - The promoter within the scope of the webmaster program acts illegally towards realitycash or third parties.
Article 6: Consequences of termination of the promoter account
In case the promoter account for whatever reason has been terminated, - all minutes up till then will be processed and settled; - the promoter is no longer authorized to use the name, logo, supplied material and other content of realitycash.
Article 7: Liability
The promoter is fully responsible and liable for the development and maintenance, the functioning and the contents of his/her own site. The promoter guarantees that all obligations will be met on account of the fiscal law and protects realitycash to the point of all claims concerning.
Article 8: Various
The promoter will not undertake anything for or on behalf of realitycash. The promoter is not authorized to transfer (part of) his/her promoter account to a third party. Promoter has the possibility to bring in new promoters for realitycash. Promoter will get for each minute the brought in promoter makes a commission of 0.03 cents. A brought in promoter can not have the same bank account number, nor the same address, nor can he run the same website as promoter who brought him in.
Article 9: Guarantee
Realitycash guarantee promoter the constant, agreed quality of the supplied products and services, with due observance of article 11 of these general conditions.
Article 10: Confidential information
Both parties are held to secrecy regarding all information coming from the other party, which is considered confidential. Realitycash are legally obligated to record to whom all payments have been made. When registering at realitycash you agree to receive a periodical newsletter via e-mail.
Article 11: Circumstances beyond control
No party is liable for extreme circumstances which make the observance of this agreement impossible and which can not be imputed to one of the parties. (In case and for as far as these circumstances make observance impossible or unreasonably difficult) the following circumstances are among others included: strikes in other companies than those of parties, wildcat strikes or political strikes; a general shortage of essential raw materials and other things or services necessary for the realization of the agreed performance; sudden stagnation at suppliers or other third parties whom one of the parties is depending on.
Article 12: Invalid, null and void or not feasible
In case a certain article or certain specified articles of this agreement or in a based on this agreement supplementary agreement are invalid, null and void or not feasible, that article or these articles will be considered non-existing and the other articles will remain valid in law.
Article 13: Dutch Law To this agreement Dutch Law applies.
Issues resulting from this agreement that do not belong to the competence of the magistrate will be submitted to the competent judge in the place where realitycash have been established. Article 14 : Modifications in these General Conditions Realitycash are authorized to change these general conditions at any moment if there is a reason for that. The renewed version of these conditions becomes valid the moment realitycash have informed their promoters on these modifications.
